Faculty
Affairs, as a part of the Office of Academic Affairs, promotes the
University of Central Florida’s (UCF) goal of becoming a premier research
university by creating a culture that fully supports and encourages a
dedicated faculty devoted to excellence in teaching, research and service.
The vision of Faculty Affairs is to provide a variety of initiatives and
services required for faculty not only to prosper professionally, but also
to attain a high level of job satisfaction within the UCF community of
scholars.
